Peace Eagle

Men love this quilt. I say this because when I have a booth at quilt shows, the”husbands” stand and stare at it for a long time, then ask their wives to make one for them. Partlypiecing, mostly easy appliqué, this lively eagle wall hanging is quick and simple to make. The olive branch may be appliquéd, hand embroidered, or omitted entirely. The simplicity of the piece makes a strong statement with, or without, the olive branch.
