Sunflower Mini

The many techniques in this sweet little quilt keep it interesting and fun to stitch up. Start with a simple paper pieced background—Yay, no tiny borders to piece! Then a quick bonded appliqué vase to hold the bright and cheery sunflowers. Add a lightweight batting for some quick quilting, then on to two separate techniques for the dimensional flowers and leaves. Finish up with the backing and a fast stitching of the outer border seam and a ⅛” mini binding to keep in scale and your little treasure is complete. Do, remember to sign and date.
